To ensure products safety and reliability in order to achieve full customer’s satisfaction and confidence, Rousselot has developed the following practices:

• Certification ISO 9001: 2000 of all sites, including headquarter
• Strong hygiene and safety programs including HACCP and GMP systems
• Numerous controls on raw materials, along supply chain and on finished products
• Sophisticated production management system based on SPC and six sigma

This allows Rousselot to meet and exceed food standards as defined by FAO / WHO, and pharmaceutical requirements such as those defined by the EP, USP or JP.

With the constant concern to preserve the economical performance of Rousselot, and working toward excellence in technical development and sales of gelatines, we commit ourselves for the whole activity to:
