Gelatin-based solutions for hot climates

Part of the innovative Synergy System concept, ResistaGel-H makes it possible to strengthen the heat resistance properties of confectionery. The halal-certified ingredient enables manufacturers in the Middle East and African region to create finished products with the right texture, desired flavor release and stability at temperature up to 45°C - 50 °C. ResistaGel-H has an improved setting property which helps to significantly shorten confectionery production time.

Alongside ResistaGel-H samples, Rousselot will exhibit its heat resistant confectionery prototypes including meringue and nougat, all specifying Rousselot Halal certified gelatins. Also presented will be a heat resistant dairy dessert specially designed for hot countries.

Peptan: one ingredient with multiple health and beauty benefits

Halal-certified Peptan® collagen peptides will be also showcased at the booth. Peptan offers proven benefits for bone and joint health, healthy aging, sports nutrition, and skin beauty applications.  As a bioactive, natural and clean-label ingredient, Peptan can be easily integrated into a variety of functional foods and beverages, nutri-cosmetics and dietary supplements without impacting the taste or odor.
