Rousselot® stand S3417, IFT, Chicago, Illinois, 16-18 July 2018
Son, Netherlands – [22 June 2018] At this year’s IFT 2018 in Chicago, Rousselot will be showcasing its clean label gelatin solutions that help create enjoyable moments of indulgence. Rousselot experts will be on hand to highlight how latest gelatin innovations can provide an endless range of textures – playing with characteristics, such as gel strength and viscosity, gelatin types, concentration and recipes – for novel product designs and fortified gummy options. On focus will be Rousselot’s new SiMoGel™ gelatin solution, specifically designed for starchless molds and suitable for the production of functional and traditional gelatin-based gummies. On stand, Rousselot will also present ProTake™ B, a hydrolyzed gelatin, that can help manufacturers reach high protein levels in products.
“Due to its fast-drying properties, SiMoGel allows manufacturers to switch from starch molding to starch-free gummy processing, opening new application for the creation of state-of-the-art jelly shapes including 3D designs, multiple layers, stripes and fillings,” says Mike Schmit, Vice President of Sales, Rousselot, Inc. USA. “It is also ideal for processing products with functional benefits such as fortified gummies in a clean and hygienic starchless environment – all while significantly optimizing production processes and reducing costs.”
Visitors to stand will have the opportunity to sample a variety of vitamin and protein enriched mango, lemon and orange flavored gummies made with SiMoGel and ProTake-B. Along with its market-leading ingredients, Rousselot offers worldwide expertise to ensure that end-products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
From 16-18 July, Rousselot experts will be available to provide advice on how to improve and facilitate the use of Rousselot products whatever the application. To find out more visit stand S3417
