On January 2nd, 2023, Jeroen Colpaert has been named to succeed Jos Vervoort as Executive Vice President of Rousselot. Jeroen is responsible for Darling Ingredients' collagen brand Rousselot. He joined Darling Ingredients in 2014. Previously Darling Ingredients Managing Director, Rendering and Specialties, Belgium and Global Food Grade Casings business, Jeroen Colpaert has more than 25 years of experience in operations, strategy and leadership.
