Tess Plaquet is Rousselot's EMEA Technical Support and Business Development Manager since February 2021. In her role, Tess works together with existing and potential customers to find the perfect solution for new collagen based launches. Prior to joining Rousselot Tess was the Product Lead for the production of various clinical products and Project Engineer for aseptic filling lines, both at Pfizer as a Life Science consultant. Tess holds a master’s degree (2013) in Bioscience Engineering from the University of Ghent, Belgium.
Maxime Tahir, Sales Manager Health & Nutrition
Maxime is dedicated to providing the best advices on collagen peptides based solutions to food & beverages, nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical industries and to work closely in partnership with existing and potential customers in EMEA. Maxime has a Master's degree in Food Innovation from Agrocampus Ouest in Rennes, France, he has sales and technical support expertise and an in-depth knowlegde in the food and beverage sector from his pas experience working for companies including Pernod Ricard and Frutarom.
