Advances in 3D Bioprinting conference enhances a new advanced technology that can produce complex tissues with precise and individualized designs. It has the potential to significantly impact regenerative medicine, disease modeling, drug discovery, and food engineering with rapidly evolving bioprinting technologies and biomaterials.

During the "Advances in 3D Bioprinting" conference, leading experts will be sharing their knowledge and expertise on recent advances in bioprinting methods and applications. Some of the exciting topics to be covered include in situ bioprinting, bioprinting for organ-on-a-chip devices, organoid bioprinting, and bioprinting of vascularized composites.

The three presentations not to miss:

  1. Our Scientific Support Manager, Jos Olijve, will be presenting a poster that shows how the temperature at which photo-crosslinking is performed has a major impact on hydrogel strength.
  2. Do not miss also Davide Ribezzi who will be presenting a poster exploring the design and characterization of two new GelMA-based bioinks for bioprinting. Come along to his flash talk on Monday (14:15–15:45) to discover how GelMA can be used to create soft and microporous environments that allow cells to stretch, migrate and proliferate.
  3. Don’t miss the talk by Riccardo Levato on “Light-driven biofabrication and organoid technology to engineer volumetric living tissues,” on Sunday at 15:40.
