Produced under strict rules and procedures
All the plants where we produce these certified gelatins adhere to a strict set of rules and procedures laid out in our global quality policy. This policy covers traceability, high hygiene standards during manufacturing and packaging and compliance with all international quality standards. Our plants are regularly inspected by recognized religious bodies authorized to grant certifications for our end products.
Rousselot® Halal-certified gelatin
Six of our plants in Brazil, the USA, France and China produce our Halal-certified gelatins. At each of these plants, a regional Halal quality control program has been set up, with the support of a local expert. This way, we can guarantee the quality of all Rousselot Halal-certified gelatins.

Eleven Rousselot plants in Brazil, the USA, France, Spain, Belgium and China produce Kosher-certified gelatins. At each of these plants, a regional Kosher quality control program has been set up, with the support of a local expert.
